Terms of sale

These terms apply when you order on the Textile Home website. By confirming an order you agree to them. The seller name, legal address and tax ID (TIN) are shown at the bottom of every page.

What we sell

Home textiles: bedding sets, duvets, pillows, bedspreads, mattress covers, towels, bathrobes, tablecloths, rugs and bedding fabrics. Each product page shows the photos, sizes, fabric, price and stock.

Prices

Prices are in Armenian dram (֏). The final order amount, including delivery, is shown before you confirm the order and does not change after that.

Ordering

Choose the product, size and quantity, enter your contact details and the delivery method. The order is received when you see its number and get an email. We may call you to confirm the details. If a product has run out, we will let you know and offer a replacement or refund the amount paid.

Payment

For delivery in Yerevan and pickup: in cash (to the courier or in the store) or by card online when you place the order. Orders to the regions by HayPost are paid by card online only and sent once paid. We accept ArCa, Visa and Mastercard. Card payments are made on the bank’s secure page; your card details are never passed to us.

Delivery

In Yerevan the courier brings the order within 1–3 days; to the regions it goes by HayPost in 1–7 days and you collect it at your post office. Pickup from a store is free. Delivery prices are on the Delivery page.
