No, you can order without one. With an account you can see all your orders and their status under My orders.

In Yerevan the courier brings your order within 1–3 days. The delivery price depends on the order amount, and above a certain amount delivery is free. See the Delivery page for prices.

Yes, by HayPost to every region of Armenia, in 1–7 days. The order is paid by card online, you collect the parcel at the post office of your post code, and the tracking number comes by email. The delivery price depends on the parcel weight, see the Delivery page. In Gyumri you can also pick up your order from our store.

Yes, for free. At checkout choose pickup from a store and the store you like. We will call you when the order is ready.

For delivery in Yerevan and pickup: in cash (to the courier or in the store) or by card online when you place the order. The courier has no POS terminal. For delivery to the regions: by card online only.

After ordering you will see a confirmation page with your order number and get an email. We will also let you know when the status changes.

Yes, as long as it has not been sent. Call us and give your order number.

Sizes are listed on the product page in centimetres. For a bedding set measure your mattress, for a duvet the width of the bed. If in doubt, call us and we will help.

Follow the instructions on the label. Wash a new item separately the first time, and coloured items at no more than 40°C. Do not use fabric softener on towels, so they stay absorbent.

If a product is faulty or not what you ordered, call us and we will sort it out. Returns and exchanges follow the law of Armenia, for unused products in their original packaging.
