What data we collect

When you order: first and last name, phone, email, delivery address and comment. When you open an account: also your email and password, which is stored only in encrypted form.

Why

We use the data only to fulfil and deliver your order, to contact you and to tell you about the order status. We do not sell your data or pass it on for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only what the order needs: the courier or HayPost (name, phone, address) and the bank for the payment.

Card details

When you pay by card, the card number, expiry date and CVV/CVC code are entered on the bank’s secure payment page and sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS). Textile Home never sees, stores or processes your card details. The payment may be confirmed with 3-D Secure, an SMS code from your bank.

Protection

The site works only over HTTPS, and only the staff who fulfil orders can see order data.

Cookies

The site uses only necessary cookies: for the cart, favourites, login and language.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to or calling us (Contact us page). You can also delete your account in the profile settings.
