Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order until it has been sent or handed over. Call or write to us with the order number. If the order is already paid, we refund the full amount.

Returns and exchanges

You can return an unused product, or exchange it for another size or product, within 14 days of receiving it, if it is in its original condition with its labels and original packaging. Please have the order number or receipt.

Faulty or wrong products

If a product is faulty or not what you ordered, let us know as soon as possible. We will replace it or refund you, and we cover the delivery.

How to return

Bring the product to any of our stores, or call us to arrange a courier. For returns of products that are not faulty, the customer pays for the delivery.

Refunds

We refund the same way you paid: cash in the store, card payments to the same card. Card refunds take up to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
